Vegan Caesar Dressing

Kale Vegan Caesar, with croutons, tomato, and cucumber. Such a refreshing lunch!!☀️
Vegan Caesar Dressing

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon kelp granules
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon chopped pickles
2 teaspoons mustard
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil

Combine all in the food processor except the olive oil
Blend to combine while pouring the oil
You can add a splash of water to get to your desired viscosity 🤓

Massage this dressing into chopped Kale and let soak for about 5 minutes, add your toppings! I sprinkled nutritional yeast on top for the Parmesan effect 🤔YUM!
