White Bean Hummus with Lemon, Garlic & Dill

I’ve been on a serious hummus veggie bagel kick lately… I tried my hand at some white bean hummus to change it up a bit! ✨☀️✨

Cannellini Bean Hummus with Lemon, Garlic, & Dill

2 cans white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
About 5 large springs of fresh dill
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Cracked pepper.
Combine all in a food processor, scraping down the sides throughout to insure an even mixture! .
Bean spreads are an excellent source of protein, perfect for your first meal of the day or after the gym 💪
