Welcome to my cookbook! I’ve been working in the food industry since 2008, I spent years as a baker, barista, line cook, grill girl, salad tosser, pastry chef, sous chef, and donut maker. I’ve had my hands in a little bit of everything! I finally decided to start sharing the recipes I’ve been developing at home. Right now I’m focusing on health, veganism, and comfort food. I know so many who have said going vegan is “too hard,” myself included. I’d like to show just how easy it is to eat consciously while still enjoying your favorite dishes and cuisines. Look out for multi-cultural influences and the occasional sweet treat!
